Mr. Viswanath Pallasena is an accomplished professional in the technology industry with a distinguished career spanning more than three decades. Mr. Pallasena has held multiple leadership roles in India and across APJ region including serving HP as its Managing Director for Philippines. He is a post-graduate in Applied Electronics from National Institute of Technology Trichy.

Mr. Chidambaram is a postgraduate in Operations Management from the All India Management Association in Delhi, India. He joined Redington India in December 1995 as Regional Manager Supply Chain Management for the Western Region. Chidambaram moved to Dubai in 2004 to set-up supply chain logistics for Redington Gulf FZE. Today, he leads the supply chain function for Redington across Africa, CIS countries, and the Middle East. He is also entrusted with building the groups 3rd party warehousing and freight forwarding business, ProConnect Logistics, in Africa and the Middle East.

Ms. Joyce joined ProConnect Integrated Logistics in 2018. In her current capacity as Country Sales Head, UAE. She brings to the table a strong goal driven approach. She spearheads the entire sales team of the region and is responsible for enabling our sales department by identifying growth opportunities, building right product mix and overseeing the overall operations. She has over 10 years of experience in the logistics industry and has played an integral part in adding e-commerce fulfillment to the company’s service portfolio. Ms. Joyce started her career as Sales Executive in 2010 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, Mumbai India.

Mr. Santhoshkumar joined ProConnect Integrated Logistics in 2016. He overlooks contract logistics, warehousing and fulfillment operations of all our warehouses across the Middle East region. Santhosh brings 9 years of experience to the table and has since then contributed great deal in shaping the warehousing product mix of ProConnect Integrated Logistics. He also set up various logistics centres for ProConnect across Middle East in a very short time. Mr. Santhoshkumar started his career as Junior Engineer in Automobile industry and holds a Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering from Venkatachalapathy University, Tamil Nadu, India.
